Contingent upon the successful closing of the management agreement for this asset, AIR Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant for a 350 + unit Luxury property in Bethesda, MD!
Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the execution of AIR's sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.
- Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.
- Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.
- Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.
- Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
- Familiar with goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
- Exceptional customer service skills to address current/future resident needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance at the individual, team, and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary, bonuses, and benefit options topped off with:
- Expected pay rate of $18.00-$20.00 plus commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
