Chief Human Resources Officer As CHRO, you will be a vital part of our executive leadership team that is embracing a culture of helping people become better. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, this role will provide inspiration throughout the organization to create and grow a culture of continual improvement and engagement. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s culture, talent management, and organizational development strategies that will set the path for continual success within National Nail. In doing this, you will be a crucial part of driving change within our organization. While leading, you will also be challenged to grow, expected to challenge others, and be part of something much bigger than yourself. You leave an indelible legacy mark on our company and our industry through the people your life impacted. All the while, and most importantly, you are growing as a person.
