Pay: Up to $32.00/hr. + Spiffs & Bonus

Work Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required

Position Summary: To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Required Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Journeyman's license for the city of Grand Island or Hasting (or willingness to obtain in 6 months)
• Certification of HVAC technical school, preferred
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certification, preferred
• Follow directions as given
• Possesses both written and verbal English language skills
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Be able to lift up 70 pounds
