About this Role


At Berkeley Hillel , we're looking for someone who is a creative & outgoing professional with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills to serve as the Associate Director. They will nurture and coach the staff and student leaders that make Berkeley Hillel a vibrant place to celebrate Jewish life and manage the dynamic Student Life team. The Associate Director should be passionate about building relationships , supporting and supervision staff, empowering student leaders , and thinking strategically about Jewish life at UC Berkeley. The Associate Director will work closely with the Executive Director in reaching both long and short term organizational goals.
