This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Lake Mary, FL office.

What the day will look like

The Director of Client Services will manage Operations team members, providing guidance and serving as a point of escalation. The Director of Client Services will make recommendations regarding process improvement, achieving operational goals and capacity management. The Director of Client Services’ time will vary from day to day based on current client, broker and carrier needs.


Job Responsibilities: Responsible for leading a quality client service team that is efficient, effective, responsive and dedicated to delivering operational excellence within Aon Risk Solutions. Responsible for establishing operational goals, expectations and performance standards for the designated Service Center, and for ensuring consistency in utilization of standard documentation and defined standard operating procedures. Interacts with lead consultant/broker as needed Manages high profile cases/projects Assigns personnel to individual cases Advises SVP, Operations of individual case status on a regular basis The Director may serve as an escalation contact for clients within the designated Service They may be responsible for ensuring client confidence and client satisfaction is delivered. Attends and/or conducts status calls and implementation calls as necessary. Makes recommendations on operational issues, voluntary product program enhancements Responsible for ensuring revenue and expenses meet or exceed forecasted targets Manages contract documentation for assigned clients to meet revenue recognition requirements. Seeks feedback from clients to assess satisfaction level Consolidates and interprets post enrollment reviews with client, lead consultant and other applicable Makes recommendations for improvement

The Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions team is an innovated team helping consumers make better decisions during their health plan enrollments. We have a wide range of clients who we provide value added services to compliment their health and welfare strategy. We engage with clients, brokers, and our colleagues to implement enrollment solutions for clients. The Director of Client Services serves a critical role in that process, managing a team of people and portfolio of clients in the delivery of services.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Five to ten years of experience in project management or benefit enrollment areas
Expert knowledge of Employee and Voluntary benefits
Experience in a supervisory capacity including developing others in their career
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to understand and measure financial metrics
Exceptional Customer Service Skills and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $102,000 to $120,000 annually, plus the opportunity to earn variable pay. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Lake Mary, FL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
