Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our Employee Experience & Talent team. The Talent Acquisition professional will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing strategies, employer branding, and implementing innovative recruitment practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates across various departments and levels within the organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and interview processes.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a diverse pipeline of candidates, including but not limited to job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and professional organizations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for New Hope Treatment Centers, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates through various channels.
- Collaborate with EE&T team members to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to inform recruitment strategies and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools/software. Experience with Paycom a plus.
