Job description
ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Analyst Task Lead to join our team. As a Program Analyst Task Lead at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating program analysis activities to support the successful execution of projects and programs.

Responsibilities
- Proficient in leading small teams in a matrixed organization
- Manage technical work in the following functional support services:
- General project management support
- Program financial and budget management support
- Risk Management
- Business Requirements Management
- Administrative assistance
- Correspondence, communication, and reporting
- Able and willing to research issues and/or client needs and collaborate with the program manager and team to develop plans to accomplish tasks
- Able and willing to conduct meetings and take meeting minutes as well as providing hands-on support such SOP development and policy writing
- Review the team’s work to ensure quality and/or perform QC
- Perform tracking of tasks and coordination with the team
- Problem Solving, Managing Processes and Analytical abilities to research data
- Must be willing to come onsite one day per week or as per client requests.

Requirements
- Risk Management and Internal/Quality Control Management
- Acquisition Documentation, e.g. SOO, SOW, PWS, QASP, Development
- Program Financial and Budget Management Support
- Administrative Assistance, e.g. meeting coordination, maintaining schedules, electronic filing systems
- Project Management Lessons Learned
- Correspondence, Communication and Reporting
- Technical Writing, e.g. Policy and Procedure
- 5+ years of project management
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
- Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
