Draft and negotiate agreements, including key customer agreements, vendor agreements, distribution agreements, marketing agreements, technology licenses, non-disclosure agreements, leases, and other commercial agreements. Advise business units including Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, HR, Logistics, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Services, Supply Chain, and IT in connection with negotiating, implementing, and interpreting agreements and transactions. Advise same business units and divisions on legal aspects of commercial and business issues, and application of laws, regulations, and rulings.
