BJC Medical Group Women's Health Care has an Ob/Gyn Physician opportunity to join their growing team at in O'Fallon, Missouri. O'Fallon is the largest suburb of St. Louis, MO and still growing. BJC Medical Group is a physician-led organization and part of BJC HealthCare, one of the top health care organizations in the country.

Practice Details:

• Join an established team of 3 BC Ob/Gyn Physicians and 2 Women's Health Nurse Practitioners
• Large referral base from well-connected Primary Care Providers on campus 
• Beautiful Clinic space attached to the hospital for easy access for providers and patients
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Great support with collaborating colleagues
• EPIC EMR
• Shared call schedule of 1:4

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary (2 year guarantee, then wRVU compensation model)
• $100,000 student loan reimbursement
• Sign-on bonus
• CME Allowance
• 4 weeks ATO, 6 holidays and 5 CME days
