CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Hotel General Manager to oversee a 46-room Boutique Hotel - The Mount Vernon Grand Hotel. The Mount Vernon Grand Hotel is an independent boutique hotel located in the Town's Public Square. This prestigious position with lead a seasoned hotel staff servicing with well-established clientele. Our community position has the hotel hosting or participating in several local events. In addition, the hotel hosts several area events that will meet in the property's banquet room which seats 150 people.
The Hotel General Manager would be responsible for daily oversight of a 46-room Boutique Hotel with exceptional guest service. The expectation would be to enhance the current operational team while improving the hotel's Key Performance Indexes. There is also an expectation to become involved with community events to enhance the hotel's local image.
