Job description
Racine Country Club is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. Qualified individuals will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and have previous experience in an office setting. This position is 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday 1 st shift.
Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of club reception including processing inbound/outbound mail, processing shipments and postage, greeting member and visitors, and answering telephone calls
- Purchase and manage inventory of office supplies
- Assist members with making reservations
- Answer member inquiries
- Send monthly statements to members
- Work on special projects as assigned
Qualifications - Two years of previous office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexible attitude and hardworking
- Must be able to reach, bend and lift at least 25 lbs.
Salary and Benefits - Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
