Salary: $100-180k
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus. 5+ years experience in managing a customer service team. . Prefer Building Material/Window & Door Manufacturer background.

What You Will Be Doing

-Managing a team of customer service representatives.
-Implementing processes for customer communication.
-This is a department head position but not VP level. This person will be running a service team.
-May require travel at times.

What You Need for this Position

Required:
-5-10 years minimum experience managing a customer service team.
-5+ Experience running a department and implementing processes for customer communication.

Preferred:
-Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Direct Building Material/Window & Door Industry experience.
