The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an inspirational Vice President of Development to join our Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role will oversee strategic fundraising and volunteer engagement efforts, directly contributing to our mission's success. Leading a dynamic team of five, the Vice President of Development will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies focused on donor retention and nurturing high-quality relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners. This role is essential in securing funding through major and planned giving, annual campaigns, and capital appeals.

What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
At least seven years of combined successful experience in marketing and fund development, including a minimum of three years in a supervisory role.
