Position Summary:
Rutgers The State University is seeking an Educator Support Specialist in the Access Center AID NJEA / RING NEA – Corporate of Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare.
The Primary purpose of the Educator Support Specialist is to provide confidential telephonic support and counseling in support of the AID NJEA / RING NEA mission. Receives telephonic requests for these services, is consumer-friendly, demonstrates counseling skills, and is knowledgeable in education issues. Enters relevant data into the unit's information system. Among the key duties of this position are the following:Minimum Education and Experience:
