Juliet is a new restaurant in the heart of Los Angeles, serving bright, thoughtfully composed dishes with a seafood focus. An ode to the way Parisians are dining now, Juliet applies classic French techniques and global influences to West Coast seafood and seasonal produce.

Join our kitchen team.

Line Cooks: This position is responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, preparing food and sauces, and assisting head chefs with service. As a Line Cook, you thrive in fast-paced environments and positively influence fellow members of the team to remain calm during a busy service. Daily responsibilities also include preparation of food items in the pantry, fry station, and other areas of the kitchen as well as adhering to allergy requests and specific alterations to dishes.Overall, their job is to efficiently work assigned stations in the kitchen. A successful Line Cook is a critical member of the team due to the diverse and specialized skill set and proven ability to execute all menu items properly from prep to plate and deliver top quality dishes from all stations.

Who you are: Punctual, thrives under pressure, full availability, reliable transportation to work. Main focus is to maintain high food standards, a clean, safe kitchen and follow all kitchen procedures as it pertains to recipes, cooking instructions, etc. according to local Health Department standards.

Requirements: Must have a valid California Food Handler Card, full availability and eligible to work in the U.S. with proper documentation.
