Are you a technical leader of innovative silicon designs? Do you have the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to drive and encourage project teams to deliver innovative solutions on challenging timelines? As a Platform Security & Silicon Provisioning Program Manager, you will apply your Program / Project management skills and have significant responsibility for driving program schedules and resolving technical challenges' critical activity to enable Apple’s next generation of groundbreaking silicon. This is an individual contributor role, helping drive a wide range of Platform Security & Provisioning validation processes for custom Silicon used in Apple products. Your role encompasses driving the definition and silicon provisioning cycle for display driver chips Apple’s custom SOCs from initial concept, through implementation, validation and qualification to customer delivery.
Key Qualifications
- Proven ability in chip design, SoC HW/SW test, or technology process development experience.
- Prior Technical Program or Project Management, Systems Support/Customer Support experience.
- Proven experience in HW/SW Security
- Able to have technical discussions related to SOC Security, provisioning, fusing, and secure boot software with a variety of HW, SW and System engineers.
- Experience working in a dynamic engineering environment with real-time critical issue leadership skills.
- Strong desire to own/drive project development from concept to execution.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to bring HW, SW, and FW plans together.
- Experience with SoC provisioning, fusing plans, bring-up flows, and chip security is a plus.
Description
You will work on a EPM team responsible for driving the provisioning definition & validation of Apple SoCs and the timely resolution of technical issues to meet daring ambitious product schedules. The provisioning process is highly cross-functional and brings together silicon, software, infrastructure and security architecture teams to ensure that new Apple devices boot-up securely.
- Drive internal program processes to guarantee high quality silicon provisioning for all Apple SoCs.
- Lead validation, software and infrastructure teams on meeting near term achievements and to unblock technical issues by pulling together the right technical expert(s) to resolve the issues with data-based decision-making.
- Drive technical discussions with cross-functional partners to understand new requirements close issues/concerns.
- Track bugs, report issues and communicate programs risks to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status.
Education & Experience
BS + 3 years of relevant experience

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
