Financial Analyst - Be a Champion for Sustainability at a Growing Green Company!

In this exciting role, you'll leverage your financial expertise to empower strategic decision-making and fuel our company's sustainable growth. You'll collaborate closely with various departments, providing insightful analysis and guidance to ensure financial health and achieve ambitious goals.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Champion strong financial practices by overseeing adherence to standards, deadlines, and procedures for planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and transparency in profit and loss statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with business leaders to analyze opportunities for organic growth and develop winning business plans.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working with colleagues across departments to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sharpen our competitive edge by implementing innovative financial dashboards and business intelligence platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with department heads, providing financial insights and supporting new project initiatives.
  • Craft compelling internal management reports and presentations for senior management.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis (experience with oil & gas or manufacturing a plus). A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.
  • Possesses exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent.
