What We're Looking For

The Visitor Services Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for all guests in the McLane Alumni Center in the Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center, and for all constituents contacting University Advancement via phone and email. They will respond and interact with constituents and campus partners in a professional, engaging, and timely manner, and serve as an Advancement and University subject matter expert to skillfully answer questions, provide directions, and facilitate connections. They will coordinate and provide administrative support functions for the McLane Alumni Center and other University Advancement projects, events, and initiatives as needed.

An Associate degree, one year of relevant experience and an active Christian faith are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience are preferred.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
