- This is not a remote position. This role will be located in Overland Park, KS.
On the Office of the CFO (OCFO) team, we offer a fast-paced and team-focused environment, supporting over 2,000 employees across the Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain (FP&SC) team—and we strive to deliver the best experience possible to each employee! In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining the strategy of our FP&SC Learning, Development & Training (LD&T) programs and initiatives. You will play a significant role in delivering high-quality, engaging learning solutions that reach FP&SC employees and positively reinforce T-Mobile’s enterprise value of “Do It The Right Way. Always.” As a member of a small but mighty team, you will engage daily with wide variety of internal stakeholders as part of the instructional development lifecycle. This role requires an innovative and creative approach to corporate learning, along with exemplary communication, influence, collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and own multiple LD&T programs, deliver high-quality, thoughtful learning experiences to employees and co-lead the FP&SC LD&T Committee.
- Develop project plans and schedules and provide budget oversight for programs.
- Comfortable leading and facilitating trainings, both over video and in-person, with a live audience while maintaining a high degree of executive presence.
- Build comprehensive reporting dashboards and learner profiles using available data to deliver segmented and targeted learning experiences.
- Work in a collaborative partnership with FP&SC subject matter authorities, other learning experts in other lines of T-Mobile’s business, and external instructional design consultants and vendors.
- Manage a meticulous and detailed project management structure to track multiple concurrent training deliverables and provide progress reporting to management, executives, and business partners. Manage assigned budget and resources for the program.
- Lead and mentor team members to elevate their skills and coach them as they work to achieve individual career goals. Establish an open and positive team culture, passionate about innovation and achievement.
- Bring changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field (Required)
Work Experience :
- 2-4 years Experience in organizational programs, project management, or related area. (Required)
- 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management. (Required)

- MS Excel experience (Required)
- Data analysis experience (Preferred)
- Alteryx or similar data analysis tool (Preferred)_
