Project Manager

FLSA Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Project Operations Manager
Review Date : February 6, 2024
Salary Range:  80,000 - 150K (salary based on experience)

Summary/Objective
The project manager works in collaboration with the Project Superintendent and is primarily responsible for coordinating all project specific administrative requirements as defined by the construction contract documents and Syncon, LLC. M ay simultaneously serve as the Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO), DEQ /Sediment Control Supervisor, or Quality Control Manager on assigned projects as needed.

Required Education and Experience
  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Prior Construction Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Quality Control (QC) Manager, Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer working for a General Contractor
  3. Proficient in using Computers and Microsoft Office
  4. Proficient in Creating and Managing Construction Schedules using Microsoft Project
Preferred Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor’s Degree , Associates Degree, Technical Degree/Certification or Equivalent in a Related Construction Field
  2. Prior Project Management Experience as a Field Supervisor and/or a Project Manager
  3. Prior Field Experience working on Construction Projects as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Site Safety Officer, Foreman, or Field Intern
  4. Prior Construction Experience working on Federal Construction Projects including contracts with NAVFAC and/or the Army Corps of Engineers
  5. Certified Project Management Professional
  6. OSHA 30 Certification
  7. Non-expired CPR/First Aid Certification
  8. Non-expired Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification
  9. Experience Using Primavera P6
