Job description
Carefree Boat Club in Saint Augustine, FL is looking for a dock hand to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 76 Dockside Dr. Suite #110. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Understand core values of Carefree Boat Club
- Understand and comprehend member's right's and responsibilities
- Understand and comprehend membership agreement
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experienced boater preferred
- Interact positively & professionally with members and marina personnel
- Assist members in loading gear onto boats
- Fuel and clean boats after each use and as needed
- Detail and perform routine maintenance on boats as needed
- Accurately account for security of company assets—visual inspection of boats and equipment
- General help on boats, docks, and in office
- Other miscellaneous duties as required
Qualifications
- Pro Active and positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Prefer experience in operating boats 17'-27' in length
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete minor repairs
- Basic math skills
- Demonstrate high moral standards and integrity
- Quick learner who pays attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Subject to background check and drug screening
