Job description

Experience in the Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required.

This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric
EMR: MedHost
RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night shifts.

No More than 5 days RTO permitted, less is better. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! Memorial Day and 4th of July holiday coverage required.

No non-billable orientation
OT, Holiday multipliers: 1.25%

Requirement description :

• 3+ years Med /Surg, Tele experience -Required
• PCU experience preferred but not required
• Tele experience Required
• Previous travel experience Highly Preferred
• Rural/small facility experience Highly Preferred

• Work History
• License/Certifications (Nursys, BLS and ACLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact RN license must be in-hand at submission. Facility will not pend.
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required
