Position: Chef de Cuisine
Salary: up to $85,000 base salary, bonus and benefits
Location: Dallas, Texas (relocation may be offered)

CHEF DE CUISINE needed to run a busy, upscale casual restaurant in Dallas. This CDC must have strong administrative skills, a past of running quality food in a high volume setting (at least $5-6 million/year). The menu is focused on American/Southern comfort food and any past experience with this food is a plus. Responsibilities will include managing food and labor costs without sacrificing quality, oversee all administrative tasks like ordering, scheduling, cleanliness of the kitchen and as well as staffing and other kitchen operations. This is a hands-on position, and you will be expected to work with your Sous Chefs on developing them as well as the hourly crew.
