- Salary range $45,000-$65,000 annually (based on depth of marketing experience).

High-level responsibilities include:
To be happy in this role, you will want to have a hunger for learning, a drive for attention to detail, passion to do things the right way, even when no one is looking and not be afraid to ask questions. A college degree is not necessary. It’s the curiosity, drive, & pride that help here. You'll be bringing your marketing experience in one more of these digital marketing disciplines: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Copywriting, SEO, Blog publishing, social media content development, Email Marketing, Bing Ads, and/or Linkedin Ads. The ideal candidate has experience in multiple disciplines.
Your daily work will include a dynamic list of work including things such curating images, posting on Facebook, reorganizing the company's marketing reporting dashboards, creating review management accounts, running Meta Ads, or publishing an article. While you won't experience work in all of these examples, the work you contribute to will depend on a combination of your skills, company needs, and your interests.
Tactical responsibilities, typical day stuff:
- Creating initial social media campaigns, account setups for cold, retargeting, events, videos, +.
- Managing existing campaigns - retargeting, cold, optimizing for lead generation by using alternative campaign types, creating new audiences, and/or new ads.
- Write compelling, relevant copy.
- Creating graphics to use in ads on Canva, and sometimes working with our graphic designer for more advanced campaigns/needs.
- Developing and sharing new ideas on ways to reach, or exceed goals.
- Analyzing data and asking questions, identifying issues and coming up with ideas.
- Conducting market research.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Review data in Semrush.
- Proactively research the latest data and updates to paid media platforms.
- Preparing statuses, updating reports/updates.
- Initiating, or attending zoom meetings with team members for collaboration, training, and workshops.
- Diving into learning/training on advanced integration for ongoing improvements in or troubleshooting tracking forms and calls from websites.
- Document changes in company training/process platform.
- Setup events on paid media and drive campaigns.
- Post already-written articles to blogs/websites.
- Create emails using existing email templates
- Update reputation management accounts.
- Setting up new call tracking accounts
- Assist with one time internal initiatives and projects that results in improved client satisfaction and/or process improvements.
- Support client facing team, and have client facing exposure when team members are on PTO.
- Conduct keyword and location research.
- Other marketing initiatives.
- Post already-written articles to blogs/websites.
- Work with writers to help them get info they need to complete articles.
- Add customers to email lists.
- Setting up new call tracking accounts
- Help troubleshoot a call tracking issue.
- Help organize training material.
- Update scheduling software.
- Identify lessons learned that can be applied to future clients and projects.
- Identify best practices and opportunities for project teams to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Document and share business requirements and updates.
- Identify, implement, and document process improvements in training software.
- Assist with documenting monthly budget and resource reporting and analysis.
- Update Asana task and project templates and other project management tools.
- Assist with one time internal initiatives and projects that results in improved client satisfaction and/or process improvements.
