ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the integration of Microsoft Business Central within both our wholesale and retail operations in the healthcare sector.
- Develop & communicate a comprehensive product vision & strategy for Microsoft Business Central, ensuring alignment
with the overall goals & objectives of our wholesale & retail operations. - Define & prioritize features, enhancements, and releases based on business priorities & customer needs across wholesale& retail channels; maintain an inclusive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the healthcare sector & compliance with regulatory requirements in both wholesale & retail settings.
- Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories, ensuring that they are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy for both wholesale & retail operations.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders & the development team, fostering effective communication & collaboration
across wholesale & retail teams. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. - Collaborate with QA Teams to define testing strategies & ensure the ERP system meets quality standards across both wholesale & retail environments. Participate in testing activities to validate that features & enhancements meet business
requirements. - Provide training & documentation for end-users in both wholesale & retail to maximize the adoption & effectiveness of the
integrated ERP system. - Monitor system performance & user feedback across both wholesale & retail settings to identify opportunities for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies & updated to Microsoft Business Central to ensure our integrated system remains innovative & competitive.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (or in a similar role), with a focus on ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
- Experience in implementing & managing ERP systems in both wholesale & retail environments; familiarity with healthcare retail/wholesale ERP solutions is a huge plus.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and the unique requirements of both wholesale & retail operations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a big plus.
- 5+ years experience
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Healthcare Management).
