Job Title: Product Manager
Job Type: Remote for now
Location: India
Pay Rate: 18 LPA
Role Summary: We're in search of a talented individual to fill the role of Product and Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience and a strong foundation in both disciplines. This position requires the ability to juggle product development priorities while effectively managing project timelines and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements documentation.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
Monitor key product metrics and iterate on features to drive product success.
Project Management
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and retrospective meetings.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support project objectives.
What's in it for You:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of combined experience in product management and project management roles.
Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in product and project management is a plus.
