Description:

This resource will assist the retail network team with database changes to meet project deliverables.

Daily Responsibilities/Job Description:
The DB2 DBA is responsible for database activities that support product team deliverables.
Experience with table partitioning, index partitioning, admin move table, load from cursor, and

generated always columns.
Familiar with DB2 creation, HADR support, DB2 federation, Database backup and restore
Strong problem-solving skills
DBA role needs to follow HealthCare Federal LAWs on PHI data and follow our Db2

standards

Technology Requirements (Must have):
Experience with Db2 Support on UNIX
Experience with DB2 db creation, HADR and Federation
DB2 tools: db2top, db2look, AQT, DSM, etc.

Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of HADR operation and creation and Disaster Recovery (DR) methods
