About the Role:
As a Field Support/Hardware Technician, you'll be at the forefront of providing essential technical support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment. From troubleshooting and repair to installation and configuration, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and test various hardware and peripherals
Install and configure computer workstations, servers, printers, and teleconferencing equipment
Maintain fiber optic modems, cables, and telephone systems
Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to network upgrade projects
Provide support for end-user connectivity needs
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required, with relevant experience
Experience with hardware installation, repair, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and valid driver's license required
