Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Reno, NV
Salary: $130k-$160k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on projects related to Commercial and/or healthcare/Medical

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established Design/Build General Contractor. They have a wide range of projects spanning across healthcare, commercial, industrial, etc.

This company is in a major growth phase and has never experienced layoffs. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents.

What You Will Be Doing

- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Responsible for project being on time and in budget

What You Need for this Position

- 6+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
- Experience on any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare/Medical, etc.
- Ground-Up project experience
