Job description
Executive Assistant – Part-Time
Our client is a growing private equity firm located in Boston, MA with an office located in Sarasota, FL. Established in 2018, our client is an expanding company led by a team of seasoned private equity and management executives. As a growing private equity firm, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their operations.
The Position : Our client is searching for a Part-Time Executive Assistant. This position will be approximately a 6 mos. position that could progress to a year-round permanent position.
- Salary Based Upon Experience up to $50 Per Hour
- 20 to 30 Hours Per Week
- In Office 4 to 5 Hours, 3 to 4 Days a Week (Overlapping With Executives in Office)
- Position Will Be Approximately 6 Months (March Thru September)
- Remote Hours Available June – August And Whenever Executives Are Traveling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree And Minimum 10 Years Relevant Experience or Equivalent Combination of Education And Experience
- Detail Oriented, Highly Organized, Discrete
- Independent And Takes Initiative
- Excellent Communication; Verbal And Written
- Prior Success in Managing Priorities And Travel For Multiple Executives
- Proficient in Office 365 - Word, Excel, Power Point, And Adobe
- Proficient in Zoom or Similar Video Conferencing Applications
- Must be Comfortable in a Small, Collaborative, Collegial, Driven Culture
- Interact Virtually With Out of State Team
Responsibilities:
- Managing Two Senior Executive's Day-to-Day Outlook Calendar; Making Appointments, Coordinating In person And Virtual Meetings And Events
- Coordinate Complex Business and Personal Travel Arrangements And Accommodations for Executives
- Assist With Coordination of Private Charter Flights
- Troubleshoot And Adjust Travel Logistics as Needed
- Prepare, Reconcile, And Submit Expense Reports
- Manage Office: Supply Inventory And Orders, Keep Conference Room And Common Areas Clean And Orderly, Restocking Supplies
- Assist With Personal Tasks And Activities, Including Family And Charitable Events
- Perform Other Related Duties And Assist With Projects As Assigned
