Job description

You can make up to $14 an hour! How? Pay starts at $10-11/hour (based on experience) plus everyone shares tips (on average that's an extra $2-3 per hour).

Flexible schedules. Daytime or Night shifts available.

Good Burrito Co in Elizabethtown, PA is looking for grill cooks. The Grill Cook brings the heat! Good Burrito can’t be “good” without you. The Grill Cook works alongside the crew members to provide exceptional quality and taste to our customers. Your job is your art and we want you as a team leader!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking rice, beans and meat to restaurant specifications
• Setting up and stocking food station
• Assisting with salsas and other recipes
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment along with regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and utensils.
• Coordinating with other employees to complete orders timely and accurately
• Maintaining quality and proper quantity of food levels.
• Cleaning the kitchen and maintaining cleanliness in other parts of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Works well with others and is a team player
• Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
• Excellent communicator and listener
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating ovens, flat top griddles, and general kitchen equipment

About the Company:

Not long ago, three guys had a dream of sharing their love of burritos with as many locals as possible. Turns out Elizabethtown was in need of a good burrito shop serving up locally sourced ingredients with a twist. We’ve been doing just that since 2015.

Serving excellent food in a creative environment and warm atmosphere is a noble thing. Being a gathering place for the community is a worthy endeavor. But, giving back to the community and supporting the people that influence our future and keep our community running ...that's valuable! That’s our mission. Here at Good Burrito we want to do more than serve good food, we want to DO GOOD!
