We are an established and reputable home builder all over Southern California looking for an offsite superintendent or land development manager for our single and smaller scale multifamily communities in the Inland Empire and Northern Orange County areas.

What You Will Be Doing

-Supervise, manage, schedule construction work
-Review plans and oversee construction on roads, curbs, gutters, etc
-Schedule public works and other inspections
-SWPPP and erosion control responsibility
-Review city and utility plans

What You Need for this Position

-3+ years of experience as an offsite superintendent and/or land development manager 
-Experience with a single family builder preferred
-SWPPP
