You provide invaluable support to our clients and offer guidance to our technicians, ensuring we implement the best services possible.

This is a highly rewarding role where you can directly see your impact. You earn $68,500 - $78,000/year and a $5,000 sign-on bonus that is paid out over 6 months. You can maintain a healthy work-life balance with only 230 workdays per year and enjoy our fantastic benefits , such as:

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Fluent in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak)
• BCBA certification
• LBA certification in Utah - we'll help out-of-state applicants obtain this license!
• Professional experience providing ABA therapy and developing treatment plans
• Ability to meet with clients throughout Utah County

We're looking for someone who can work 40 hours/week between Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM , with some flexibility available.

As a BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst, each day is filled with excitement and opportunities to make a positive impact on our clients and their families. You assess each client's needs and develop personalized therapy plans that are tailored to meet their individual goals and targets. Then, you oversee the implementation of these programs and offer each client the support they need to thrive. You're also a source of guidance for your fellow technicians, supervising them and training them to help them do their best.
