Job description
Journeyman Electrician
Qualifications: - Must have at least 10 years of experience in the Electrical field.
- Possess a clean and valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance and good customer service skills.
- Interaction with customers.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Competent in the installation of electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Must be able to work independently and/or manage a small crew.
- Install conduit.
- Install new wire in existing systems or repair old wire.
- Troubleshoot panel boards, transformers, switchgear, transfer switches, and other various types of equipment.
- Competent in the installation of electrical equipment and fixtures including lighting fixtures and repairs.
- Solid understanding of electrical codes and installation methods.
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics a plus.
