You'll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Implement office systems and filing procedures to ensure all print and digital documents are organized
- Oversee administrative assistants and serve as an operations manager to make sure procedures are followed correctly
- Answer telephone calls and emails to help customers with general questions and then direct more specific inquiries to a customer service representative, or the appropriate department
- Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
Requirements
- Farmers Insurance experience preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Agency Zoom experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience required for this position
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
