Job description

Position Overview: The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for clients. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, placing trades, resolving account issues, and satisfying customer inquiries. The Client Service Associate will also assist in developing and managing client relationships, helping ensure that all customer needs are met and that clients remain satisfied with services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Act as primary point of contact for clients
• Place trades as requested by clients
• Resolve account issues in a timely manner
• Answer customer inquiries with knowledge and accuracy
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
