We're searching for a self-motivated individual with a proven knack for steering strategic projects from inception to fruition. As a pivotal member of our Strategic Finance team, you'll spearhead high-impact initiatives that align seamlessly with our overarching organizational objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and evaluate revenue-generating opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to dissect industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Craft and deliver strategic proposals aimed at propelling revenue growth, drawing insights from your market research endeavors.
- Cultivate robust partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of revenue-centric initiatives, guiding them from conception to completion.
- Provide invaluable consulting expertise to inform decision-making processes and optimize revenue-focused strategies.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to identify and prioritize revenue opportunities effectively.
- Continuously assess the efficacy of implemented strategies, making necessary adjustments along the way.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster a culture of innovation around revenue generation within the team.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of revenue initiatives and market insights to inform future strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements to spot new avenues for business expansion.

What You Bring:

- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- A background in strategy consulting at the Manager+ level, preferably with renowned firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
- Familiarity with internet/social media and online advertising business models.
- Proven experience in project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to shepherd projects from ideation through to successful completion.
