Job description
Suncoast Post-Tension Ltd, a Keller Company, is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our eight manufacturing facilities in the US. We offer great medical benefits, 401K and competitive salary!
We are looking for an Estimator to join our team near Denver, CO. In this position, you will be responsible for estimating post-tensioned concrete structures such as high-rise condominiums, apartment buildings, office buildings, and parking garages. We are willing to train recent graduates or those with experience in construction Estimating. You do not need to be a pro to become a part of the team! We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and basic estimating skills.
You will be required to use company software to estimate the design of each project. At times
you will engage a particular need or problem and, with the assistance of our staff, devise an
appropriate solution. Additional tasks include budget estimates, reviewing drawings, evaluate
and compiling information.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1-4 years’ relevant hands-on experience or BS Degree in
Construction Management. Must be well organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented,
and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills. Excellent computer skills and
written & verbal communication skills necessary.
