The Director, Demand Management provides executive leadership for all aspects of our demand management process, including ownership of the item/location forecast process and the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Review step, in support of Annual Operating Planning for the business. This position will play a critical role in working cross-functionally to refine a rolling 24-month volume and financial business projection, surfacing any gaps and working with business partners to develop effective counter measures. This position will drive consensus and collaboration between key partners including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, as well as Supply Chain partners including Supply, Capacity, Materials, Procurement, and Commercialization teams, to ultimately achieve world class forecast metrics and resulting service, cost, and inventory plans. The role will lead a team of ~10-15 employees and be responsible for driving the overall engagement and development of the team as well as be a key contributor to the broader Supply Chain Planning organization.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$125,500-$209,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
