Role Overview:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing data infrastructure and pipelines to capture, integrate, organize, and centralize data. You'll ensure data is readily accessible and in a usable state, while maintaining a focus on quality assurance. Your work will directly impact our ability to serve customers effectively and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and intended use of requested data to develop database requirements.
Support the planning and engineering of enterprise databases, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of database technologies and complex coding languages.
Integrate data into readily available formats while maintaining existing structures and governing their use according to business requirements.
Analyze new data sources, monitor data performance, scalability, and security, and provide initial analysis and user interface (UI) delivery for further analysis.

Qualifications:
Minimum Required Experiences:
2+ years of experience with Big Data Hadoop cluster, Spark, AWS EMR.
2+ years of recent experience with building and deploying applications in AWS.
2+ years of experience with Python, SQL, SparkSQL, PySpark.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of an agile team.

Desired Experiences:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of Spark streaming technologies.
Experience working with agile development teams.
Familiarity with Hadoop/Spark information architecture, Data Modeling, Machine Learning (ML).
Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG).

Skills & Tools:
Proficient in cloud technologies and cloud computing.
Experience in data analysis and database management.
Skilled in Python object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with AWS Analytics, Database, and Compute services.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
