Job Description
Our client is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join their team. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule that integrates both technical and non-technical activities required to successfully execute the program integrated master schedule (IMS).  You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget and work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The Master Scheduler will oversee planning, coordinating, monitoring, reporting, and resolving and mitigating issues and risks that impact activities within the program IMS.  You will practice PMP and SAFe applicable processes to oversee or manage solution delivery, vendor scope, schedule, cost, quality, and completeness, etc. as well as stakeholder communications and expectations.
The Master Scheduler will regularly update and maintain the master schedule by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary. You will monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the schedule, taking proactive measures to address delays or other issues.  You will conduct regular meetings and discussions with project teams to review and analyze project status, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.  S/he will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish or enhance the clients’ schedule management processes and procedure, governance, policy, and ensure they align with industry and program best practices.  This is a hybrid with 1-2 days onsite required at the client site in the DC Metro area.
