Aiken Regional Medical Center is assisting a local group hire a Wound Care Specialist in beautiful Aiken, South Carolina.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Collaborate with a well-established practice, serving an average of 25 to 35 patients daily.
- Benefit from a comprehensive support team including a Clinical Nurse Manager, Case Manager, nursing staff, patient navigator, and HBO Tech.
- Perform a variety of procedures including Debridements, HBO, Skin Subs, and Total Contact Casting.
- Enjoy a desirable work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekends or call requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison with affiliated medical institutions for seamless patient care.
- Ensure the highest quality and safety standards for our HBO chamber.
- Provide ongoing wound care education to staff and the community.
- Engage in one-on-one discussions with primary care and surgical specialties to promote our wound care program.
- Act as a spokesperson for our services in local media opportunities.
- Foster relationships with interdisciplinary specialties to meet patient care needs effectively.
