Job description
- Bachelor degree or above in business or related field. Excellent English speaking or German speaking is preferred;
- Experience Living in America. Chinese-Americans, or Chinese students studying aboard is preferred;
- Ability to develop prospective sales channels. Or proven experience as a Territory Manager in photo and video industry is preferred;
- Ability to plan productive market activities and strong sense in discovering market opportunities to promote product and SmallRig brand.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
- Note: The position is in United States. Short-term business trips are required. 1. Deploy corresponding territory markets, maintain existing customers, develop new sales channels, and refine the management of the territory ;
- Visit dealers' offline stores to evaluate needs or ensure SmallRig brand and key products are displayed, so as to achieve sales goals;
- Responsible for training dealers/end customers, product introduction, and improve product promotion;
- Complete sales channel development and strategy implementation, collect market information, and conduct market research from time to time;
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies, assist dealers in making promotional plans and completing marketing activities.
- Discover local industry trends and circles, and participate in key offline marketing activities and exhibitions.
