HVAC Technician
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $20-$26/hr+ (flexible, based on experience)
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and be prepared to work in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment, providing solutions that meet the client's needs and budget.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, and testing systems.
- Ensure all installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet the necessary regulations and requirements.
- Respond to emergency call-outs, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC technician.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
