Job Summary

Join UT Southwestern as a Lead Transplant Coordinator (RN) at Clements University Hospital within our Lung Transplant Clinic and help with our commitment to deliver compassionate care and all-around excellence. As a Lead Transplant Coordinator at our Magnet-designated hospital, you will support the Lung Transplant Clinic by providing excellent patient education for the patient and their families, triaging, and supporting the clinic. In this position you will also help develop patient calendars detailing all their appointments to help with their transplant transitions. UT Southwestern Medical Center’s Lung Transplant team has performed more than 900 lifesaving transplants – making our program the largest in North Texas and second largest in the state.
