Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Operations Associate to take the helm of operational excellence and measurement within our burgeoning suite of comparison shopping ventures. This role promises a dynamic blend of strategy formulation, operational optimization, and hands-on execution across our nascent business segments, particularly within the Health, Home, and Professional service arenas.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Optimization: Dive deep into the mechanics of our operations, identifying key levers for performance enhancement. Employ a data-centric approach to uncover actionable insights, collaborate across teams to implement solutions, and rigorously measure outcomes to fuel continuous growth.
Measurement and Reporting: Forge strong alliances with our Analytics and Senior Management teams to develop robust reporting frameworks. Continuously refine these mechanisms to enhance their efficiency, precision, and accessibility.
Operational Management: Oversee project timelines aligned with our core business objectives. Maintain transparent communication regarding progress, challenges, and insights, ensuring projects are delivered effectively.
Financial Modeling and Resource Allocation: Leverage financial and operational data to model scenarios, inform decision-making processes, and prioritize initiatives. Work closely with leadership to establish financial targets and guide the team towards achieving key performance indicators.
Qualifications:

Essential:

2-3 years of experience in an Analyst or Operations capacity, ideally within a large affiliate or performance marketing firm.
Proficient in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Looker, Tableau), with a history of collaborating on measurement framework development.
Demonstrated ability in working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement performance enhancements.
Adaptable and resourceful with experience in start-up or small business environments, comfortable in navigating ambiguity.
Strong communication skills, adept at data storytelling, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.

Desirable:

Background in Health, Home, or Professional Service industries, especially within comparison marketplace settings.
Experience in lead generation and sales program management using platforms like Impact Radius or Commission Junction.
Familiarity with market sizing methodologies and customer segmentation.
Proficiency in growth marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and SQL.
