Job description
Position Overview: The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of HVAC projects from concept to completion. They are the primary point of contact for internal and external resources, and must ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Work with customers and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Lead internal teams (sales, engineering, service, etc) to ensure all objectives are met.
- Manage project progress by monitoring and evaluating project activities.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to management and customers.
- Ensure all projects are compliant with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management in HVAC.
- Commercial AND Residential experience is required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
