Job Description:   As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence across both laboratory diagnostics and home health care services. Leveraging your expertise in business development and sales, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and innovative healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development:   Identify and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, medical facilities, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance service offerings.
  2. Sales and Revenue Generation:   Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth for both laboratory diagnostic services and home health care solutions. This includes prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
  3. Market Analysis:   Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities in the laboratory diagnostics and home health care sectors. Utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.
  4. Client Relationship Management:   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  5. Product and Service Development:   Work closely with internal teams to identify new product and service offerings that address market needs and differentiate MMM Diagnostics in the marketplace. Provide input on product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:   Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives. Act as a liaison between different departments to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  7. Performance Tracking and Reporting:   Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
