Do you have Billing experience? Do you have an interest in learning the non-profit industry? As a Billing Clerk , you will have the opportunity to help make a great impact on helping an organization be successful.

Our client is a wonderfu l non-profit organization in the Menasha who truly cares about the people they help and making an impact on the community.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to insurance companies regarding claims submitted
• Review and process claims and follow up on claims
• Find out why claims were denied and fix any errors for resubmission
• Work with insurance companies to find out why claims were not paid
• Data entry into the Electronic Health Records System

General Information:

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Length: Temporary approximately 3-4 months, possibly longer

Pay: $16.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Must have billing experience
• Prefer medical insurance experience
• Basic Word and Excel knowledge
• Tech savvy to learn new software and work within internet sites
• Quick learner, work independently, self sufficient and resourceful
