Client Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessment and establish appropriate treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy within clinic guidelines
• Document all services rendered in accordance with medical, legal standards and clinic guidelines.
• Collaborate with collateral professionals, referral sources, and providers of ancillary services.
• Adhere to professional ethics.
